Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, creator profile details, plan status, gallery metadata, client selections, messages, notifications, support requests, and uploaded file paths.
Uploaded photos and final edits are stored privately. Payment details are handled by secure payment providers; PickPics receives payment status, checkout references, subscription status, and payout connection status.
How we use information
We use data to provide private galleries, authenticate creators, enforce plan limits, process payments, deliver notifications, support users, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell creator or client personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate PickPics.
Gallery privacy and security
Galleries are intended to be shared by link and code, with optional PIN protection and expiration controls. Creators are responsible for sharing gallery links carefully.
Private files are served through signed URLs or server-side download routes. Signed links are temporary and should not be treated as permanent public URLs.
Retention and requests
We retain account, billing, gallery, and support information while needed to operate PickPics, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and improve the product.
To request help with access, correction, export, or deletion, contact support. Some records may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
